When you sign up to our digital plans you get access to your 8-week plan + access to our ‘on demand’ workouts where there are a selection of workouts for you to choose from to do anywhere, anytime + for all abilities/levels.

full body

  • 3 day training split. access to full gym and studio required. 8 week plan.

    The full body focus is a 3-day commitment each week, 8-week plan that haS an option for a non-gym based activity such as running, swimming, rowing etc. the 3-day split has an emphasis on on developing a strong, healthy body with high aesthetic results where you will look good, feel good and move well. It is really important we don’t just focus on the aesthetics - we want to ensure we are moving well and training in a way where intensity and recovery are balanced and aid performance.

    It is the perfect plan for people shorter on time but wanting to still make progress

  • functional based workouts. hybrid splits. access to full gym required. 8 week plan.

    tHIS PLAN IS FOCUSED ON 2 workouts a week that focus on the combination of strength and running, strength and rowing. YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED IN YOUR RUNS EACH WEEK PROGRESSING. THIS PLAN HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY BUILT TO ENCOURAGE A MORE DETAILED FOCUS ON BECOMING THE STRONGEST, FASTEST, AND MOST ATHLETIC VERSION OF YOURSELF IN JUST 8 WEEKS.

bro split

  • 5 days a week training split. access to full gym required. 8 week plan.

    It may be called the bro split but this is programme is for anyone and everyone.

    The Bro Split is a 5-day per week, 8- week gym program for those who are at an intermediate to advance level of lifting but might just need some assistance and guidance on their programming. This plan helps maximise muscle growth by focusing on speCIFIC muscle group training each day, training each muscle with high volume and intensity.

    All our programmes are trialled by us here at tattooed training club.

  • FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT MAY BE WORKING TOWARDS YOUR FIRST HYROX OR GOING IN FOR YOUR SECOND AND WANT TO REFINE A FEW PERFORMANCE ASPECTS OR IMPROVE ONE AREA OF THE RACE, THIS IS THE PROGRAMME FOR YOU.
