Kieran. I first met Kieran through mutual friends when he was working as a manager at Fitness First. I was aware of his thoughtfulness and dedication while discussing general health, fitness and well being. When I realised that he offered personal training I decided to work with him.I have suffered from depression and related mental health issues for some years; a symptom of which was that I had stepped back from fitness. I was cautious and apprehensive about getting back to the gym. From the outset Kieran made me feel at ease. Working out with Kieran felt like training with a friend. His approach is gentle but focused. He is attuned to not just my physical fitness but also my mood. Over time I have felt comfortable sharing my mental health status with Kieran.
